This agreement, between Buyer and Seller, hereinabove named, lists the terms of a transaction for the sale of the below captioned animal:

This animal is hereinafter referred to as "Dog

Terms and Conditions:

Seller guarantees health and temperament of dog and will deliver ail health records with dog. If, before the age of two years, this dog is diagnosed with any serious, life-threatening disease that is hereditary in nature, buyer should contact seller immediately and forward the vet's diagnosis to seller and  arrange a visit to seller's vet, if seller and her vet feel that is necessary. If seller's vet confirms diagnosis, seller will refund price of the dog or replace it.

Show prospects sold by Red Fox Lhasas must carry the Red Fox prefix in their registered name.  The buyer's kennel name can be added afterwards.

Buyer agrees to show dog to championship before breeding it. If buyer is unable to finish the dog by the time he/she is  2 years old, buyer agrees to return dog to seller to be shown and finished and then returned to buyer. Buyer will pay all entry fees; seller will charge a handling fee but no board. If the dog is for any reason considered to be unable to finish his/her championship and buyer and seller agree on that fact, he/she will be spayed or neutered and never bred.   

Litters produced by any dog/bitch carrying the Red Fox kennel name are to be sold on a limited registration if being sold to pet homes.  Those sold as show prospects should be sold with a contract bearing the same terms as the above paragraph of this contract.
